Kaitlin holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience providing in-home ABA therapy for children on the Autism spectrum and their families. Kaitlin has experience working with teens, young adults, and families enduring mental health challenges stemming from various issues. She specializes in providing teen therapy, young adult therapy and child therapy services, and offers social skills groups for kids, teenagers, and young adults.

Kaitlin understands the importance of faith and spirituality in life and in the counseling process, and she offers Christian-based therapy for those who would like to incorporate faith into their therapeutic journey.

Kaitlin leads social skills groups for children, teens, and young adults throughout the year as well as week-long social skills day camps in the summer. These groups and camps cover many issues that help kids develop the skills needed to foster healthy relationships and to deal with the challenges of everyday life. Common areas of focus include self-control, anger management, gossiping, bullying, shyness, communication, and self-esteem.

Kaitlin has experience with in-home therapy, and private practice settings, working with kids, teens, and families. Kaitlin has a passion for helping those who are experiencing a variety of overwhelming feelings. Her goal is to help clients find healing and achieve satisfying lives. She acknowledges that it is a journey to change, and is often difficult one. She believes that a strong therapeutic alliance is key to progress and lasting transformation.
