Approach to Counseling

Abigail believes counseling is a collaborative process that helps clients recognize their strengths, better understand themselves, and develop practical tools for navigating life's challenges. She tailors therapy to each client's unique needs using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and strengths-based interventions.

For clients who desire it, Abigail is comfortable integrating faith and biblical principles into the counseling process. Drawing from her experience in both clinical and biblical counseling settings, she thoughtfully incorporates faith into therapy in a way that aligns with each client's beliefs, goals, and preferences.
