Payments for Therapy, Testing, Groups, and Custody Services

 

To make a payment, please call the Cary office at 919-467-7777. For your convenience, we accept credit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA) Cards, and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Cards. For clients wishing to pay for services with cash or check, please bring payment to your appointments. Payment is due before services are rendered. Receipts for Wynns Family Psychology payments can be emailed upon request.

For clients who have or are eligible for the ESA+ grant, you may use class wallet funds to pay for therapy or testing services. To learn more, visit the Class Wallet website or the ESA Grant website for eligibility requirements.

ESA+ Grant & ClassWallet Services

Wynns Family Psychology is an approved provider for North Carolina’s ESA+ (Education Student Accounts) program, and we accept ClassWallet funds for eligible services! If your child currently receives ESA+ funding, you can use it for grant renewal evaluations (required every 3 years), psychological and educational testing, and individual or family therapy. The ESA+ Grant Renewal Process at WFP starts with a 60-minute virtual intake with one of our psychologists. Your psychologist will review records (e.g., IEP/504 Plan, report cards, past evaluations) and determine if updated testing is needed. If criteria are met, the psychologist will complete and sign the state-required eligibility form. Initial intakes are billed at the provider’s regular hourly rate. If additional testing is needed, a custom plan and pricing will be discussed with you. We accept ESA+ funds through ClassWallet, that can cover both the intake and additional testing, if needed! The PD3 Foundation

The PD3 Foundation was created to honor Parker DuBois, and is dedicated to promoting mental well-being through awareness, support, and advocacy, particularly for individuals in need of mental health services. Discounted Therapy Packages—

Wynns Family Psychology clients who are committed to regular therapy sessions may be interested in purchasing a discounted therapy package. This package allows the client to buy 9 therapy sessions in adavance and get the 10th session for free. (Savings up to $280 depending on the level of the provider.)

Group Therapy Sessions (60 minutes) can be attended and purchased in the following ways:

• Group Therapy session
• Complete Group Therapy Class (8 sessions)— includes 30-minute consult, discount for advance payment made in full
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy Module (4 group sessions, 90 minutes each)— initial 60-minute parent consult required for all DBT Groups
• Complete DBT Group (all 4 Modules, 16 sessions)— discount when paying for all 4 modules in advance

• Custody Consultation (60 minutes)
• Court Testimony— Minimum retainer for 5 hours of services, including prep, travel, court testimony, etc.
• Other Testimony/Appearances (e.g. depositions, settlement conferences, port to port)

Custody Evaluation Packages

• Standard Custody Evaluation Package— includes psychological evaluation for parents. Payment required in advance of the start the custody evaluation
• Standard Custody Evaluation Package + Home Observation—
  includes all elements of the standard custody evaluation plus travel up to 45 minutes from WFP Offices, Payment required in advance of the start the custody evaluation
• Standard Custody Evaluation Package + Child Testing— includes all elements of the standard custody evaluation package plus psychological evaluation of one child, Payment required in advance of the start the custody evaluation
• Standard Custody Evaluation Package + Child Testing + Home Observation— includes all elements of the custody packages listed above

Custody and Forensic Services
